| Event Center | ”Palægården” in Roskilde. Parking at Kvickly, Algade 4000 Roskilde. Access roads to be published in Bulletin 2 must be followed. |
| Changing and showers | Østervangsskolen, Astersvej. Open 13.00 -20.00. |

| Terrain | Roskilde is an old town situated at the bottom of Roskilde Fjord. From the bottom of the fjord it rises through two parks up to the cathedral and the city center, which is quite flat. The city center is characterized by a number backyards, alleys and passageways. The substrate is in the parks mainly gravelled paths and grassy area, while the rest of the city is tiled or asphalt. |
| Traffic | All courses cross roads although traffic is limited at the time of the race. Parents / clubs are responsible for instructing their children / youth runners to succeed in sprint race under these conditions. |

| Punching system | SportIdent. Runners who do not declare SI card when registering is automatically assigned a rented SI card. |
| Seedning | Seedning according to DOF's rules. |
| Prizes | In classes H/D 21-, winners receive Danmarks Idræts-Forbund’s (DIF) championship medals. Second- and third-placegetters receive DOF’s silver and bronze medals for their classes respectively. The fastest in all other classes receive DOF’s medals: gold, silver and bronze.. |

| Entries | For Danish entries, via O-service, however WRE runners via Non-Danish competitors can enter by sending an email: anders@laagekragh.dk with name, club name, age and class.
